My name is Bruna, and I graduated in Physical Education from a university in Brazil. I specialize in Gerontology and Functional Voluntary Motor Skills, with years of experience helping people overcome physical limitations and improve their quality of life.
During my recovery after injuring myself in a rugby game and being forced to stop moving for a long period, dealing with my confused mind and discovering my anxiety, I had to learn to find a way out.
Living alone in Abu Dhabi, I managed my physical and emotional pain and began to create my own way of moving, both during and after my recovery. It was from this principle and my experience that CroXlates was developed.
Along with the exercises, I also developed, studied, and applied other methods, because nothing has only one problem and nothing has only one solution. I am also the creator of a method that helps women lose weight by overcoming silent diseases (that settle in the mind) and daily life, and another method that helps people break free from the cycle of chronic stress and and finally be able to live life.
CroXLates is, a unique method designed to unlock physical and mental potential without complicated movements. To help you reconnect with your body, restore your energy, and exit the cycle of chronic stress through conscious movement and nervous system awareness. "I wake up" your brain for life in motion. CroXlates was born out of my need and was influenced by my years of experience and knowledge in Pilates, Functional Training, ballet, and my life in sports.
What does sports have to do with this class, Bru? It has to do with my experience; when we practice sports, we have to take precautions against injury, and if we get hurt, we have to be strong to have a quick recovery.

If you don’t have equipment, every class has alternative versions using only bodyweight, or you chose.
***In the case of personalized classes with Bru França, she adapts the class to what you have available. If it's a class from the training program with pre-recorded lessons, we have classes using body weight, others with equipment like elastic bands and small balls, but you can also do them without equipment.
