I am a Physical Education graduate from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) in Brazil and have worked in the health and fitness industry since 2011. My journey began in childhood with competitive swimming and ballet, later expanding to futsal and rhythmic gymnastics as a teenager. During university, I discovered and fell in love with rugby, adding it to my list of passions. I also taught Ballet Fitness, a popular method in Brazil that combines strength and flexibility.
My career has taken me across the globe, including Thailand, where I worked at a wellness and sports resort, teaching Mat Pilates to swimming athletes and mobility training for others. I specialize in Gerontology and Functional Voluntary Motor Skills, with years of experience helping people overcome physical limitations and improve their quality of life.
After recovering from a rugby injury and managing my own pain and anxiety, I developed CroXLates —a unique method designed to unlock physical and mental potential without complicated movements. From helping my partner, a triathlete, overcome knee pain to transforming my clients’ mobility and strength, the results have been incredible.
Today, CroXLates empowers people—athletes, fitness enthusiasts, or those new to exercise—to move without pain, improve posture, and achieve balance and confidence in their daily lives. With my philosophy of “No Pain More Gain,” I aim to show that when we eliminate pain, we unlock the true potential of our bodies
