Is CroXLates® suitable for all fitness levels?

Yes. CroXLates® is suitable for all levels — from complete beginners to athletes.
The method wasn’t designed for performance or intensity, but for movement intelligence.
Even if you feel stiff, low-energy, out of shape, or lacking coordination, you can start safely.

CroXLates® is not CrossFit or high-impact training.
The “CroX” in CroXLates means crossed movement — a mix of mobility, rhythm, coordination and controlled strength that blends multiple movement nuances into one method.

Every session adapts to your current ability and helps your body gain freedom, control and fluidity without pressure.

What exactly is the CroXLates® Method?

CroXLates® is a neuro-movement method that blends mobility, coordination, rhythm and breath to help your body release tension, move without pain, and rebuild mind–body connection.
It’s not Pilates, not Yoga, not HIIT, it’s a smarter way to move. For online program and classes, Will I need equipment at home?

You’ll only need:

a mat and optional resistance bands, optional Pilates ring

If you don’t have equipment, every class has alternative versions using only bodyweight, or you chose.

***In the case of personalized classes with Bru França, she adapts the class to what you have available. If it's a class from the training program with pre-recorded lessons, we have classes using body weight, others with equipment like elastic bands and small balls, but you can also do them without equipment.

Is this safe if I have mild pain or limitations?

Yes. as long as your pain is not acute or clinical.
CroXLates uses slow, controlled, low-impact movements that respect your range and avoid joint compression.
If you have specific conditions, you can book a 1:1 personal session for personalized guidance.

How do the 1:1 personal sessions work?

PT sessions are done online or in-person(Dubai Damac Hills 2). They include:

movement assessment

customized CroXLates plan

corrections in real-time

guidance for specific limitations

These sessions are perfect if you need a safe restart.

Is the online program live or on-demand?

The CroXLates® online program is 100% on-demand, so you can train anytime.
During launches, you may get access to one or two bonus live sessions.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. for monthly membership plans, you can cancel at any time.
Annual or promotional plans may have different terms.

Can I combine CroXLates with other workouts?

Yes.
It pairs well with strength training, running, walking, yoga, cycling and any low-impact training.
CroXLates helps your body recover and move more efficiently.

Do you offer in-person group classes?

Yes. but only in one location.
At the moment, CroXLates® group classes are offered exclusively in Damac Hills 2, Dubai.
These sessions are small-group experiences where I can give close attention, proper movement adjustments, and ensure everyone practices safely and effectively.

If you’re not in Dubai, you can still train with the method through the online CroXLates® programs, which follow the same structure and movement principles.
